"Jay is very professional and a step ahead of the last company that was not able to do the job. Not only does he have power drain machines, but fiber optic camera to find location of blockage to repair underground piping."

"Leo was prompt to respond, flexible with timing and personable. I had intermittent noisy pipes and he tracked down the location quickly and fixed it. He insisted on cleaning up despite me telling him I would take care of cleanup. I highly recommend Leo. Nice job"

"I had a stubborn clogged drain and Beastbay answered the bell! They were on time, quick and friendly. Good experience. I would use them again!"

"We were not happy with how it went. In advance of the appointment, i sent photos of our faucet so that they could have the replacement parts ready. When they arrived, they only had the hose not the faucet head. They were going to charge an additional $130 for the head (that was on top of the service call fee and the hose). This seemed exorbitant to us given retail prices of these basic equipment supplies. We argued that we should receive a break because they should have had all the pieces with them at the initial visit. They were not swayed by this and did not agree that they should have had supplied with them."

"Helpful staff. Plumbing is very expensive. $350 for one hour of work to use a camera to tell me my slow draining toilet is another problem which would cost $750"

"Jose, the service technician, was not only professional in getting the job done, he was also patient when explaining the drain problem to me and he was careful in replacing items that were taken out under the kitchen sink cabinets."

"Harry did a good, professional and prompt work to repair a main water line leak over the weekend"
