I exchanged emails and pictures in advance of my appointment, and got some details about what to expect including the names of both workers. The workers arrived a bit early (so much better than late:-), I showed them what I needed, and one person started the work while I went to the hardware store with the other fellow to purchase the materials needed.

There was one drywall project that I thought would require an expensive repair. Instead, they fixed it easily and I was thrilled. 

They fixed a crooked cabinet in my kitchen that had been driving me crazy.

 They replaced door trim and added baseboard trim to several rooms, including the kitchen. After they left I discovered that they'd actually moved the refrigerator and put trim on that portion of floor too! I didn't even think to request this and was so happy to see it. Clearly, they take their work seriously and wanted to do the best job possible, but this was above and beyond and I'm so happy!

I'd purchased a block of hours at a discount from Angie's list, and they finished my tasks a few minutes early. So they offered to do a few other minor things instead of packing up immediately. Wonderful!

I am so very pleased with this company. I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anyone. The work they did for me was simple, but given the level of quality and attention to detail, I'd trust them with something larger without hesitation.

"Ethereal Elements provided exceptional, professional and quality work repairing my basement wall leak. Dealing with Q was very easy, he is personable and to the point. Dale, who performed the work knew exactly what he was doing, he was quality oriented from start to finish. The work was completed on 4 October, I held off writing this feedback in hopes we would have a couple of extreme downpours so I could verify the basement would not leak. Q guaranteed the basement would not leak again, or they would come out and fix it. The cost of this job was reasonable and I was able to use the discount coupon. "I hired Fine Finish to fix a leak in my master bedroom after a neighbor recommended them.  They were able to fit me in with in a couple of days, and worked a Saturday to make that happen for us.  
The crew started to remove the trim around the suspect window, and reveal that the flashing had holes in it from its installation which is how water was getting into the house.  The crew showed me the flashing and explained the problem, so I knew exactly what they were doing to fix the issue that had been installed incorrectly.  The job was completed in one day.  We have had some heavy rain since, but no repeat of the leak.
The owner and staff were responsive, competent, and reliable.  They took the time to listen to my concerns, fitting me into their schedule on the weekend and made sure that I was in the loop at all times as to what fix was needed.  I would highly recommend them for home maintenance or upgrade

"Within about a week of ordering it, a package arrived with outline paper. Essentially our job was to outline half the table and the two leafs (we were pleasantly surprised these could be added for a relatively modest amount - I think $12) In addition, they asked for the table company and any serial or model number. About two or three weeks later, right as promised, the package arrived. Our measurements were accurate as the pads fit perfectly. The quality is great. Now the pads are on the table, which looks great, and will be covered by a table cloth with we have formal dinners."
