"I had an issue with my garbage disposal backing up, but since I wanted a more powerful unit, I made the decision to go from a 1/3 to a 3/4 horsepower unit. I submitted my request to Angi this morning and Mark (the Quality Home Technicians Specialist) contacted me back almost immediately. Keep in mind, this is on a Sunday morning. He then said he could be here in 90 minutes or so and he was on time. He was very professional and explained what he was doing while he worked. Once the unit was replaced, he found another issue and immediately started addressing that issue which I considered to be "above and beyond" what we was hired to do. Fast forward, Mark replaced the unit, optimized the position of the drain pipe, and corrected the clog issue. As a business person, when someone goes above and beyond the call of duty, I want to amplify this quality which I do not find everyday. Thank you Mark for getting me taking care of on a Sunday! "Kathy was very nice on the phone. The scheduling seemed pretty simple and the quote I was given was very reasonable. She told me she would have a quote for me that night. I waited 2 days and had to text her back to get the quote. They sent a guy out the first morning and he did arrive on time. However, he did not stay long and all he did was cut my natural gas pipe. He did not fix the issue and actually made it worse. I called Kathy twice that day and she did not answer or call me back all day. I then texted her later that day with my concerns and she finally called me back. She told me what the issue was and assured me the plumber would be back first thing this morning. No one showed up today. I contacted her again today to ask her to cancel any and all service to my house because this is unacceptable. She still has not responded to this point."
