"I called Appliance Repair Solutions of Atlanta. 1. They answered the phone. 2. They send Andrey out the very next day. Andrey was timely, hard working and polite. I actually was able to send him photos of my washer and dryer model numbers in advance as well as what I suspected was the issue, which I feel expedited the repair process. He arrived ready and with the parts necessary. I first had the dryer serviced and an additional visit for the washer (he had to run diagnostics on the first visit and order the parts). I cannot comment as to the price because I have no idea what the industry standard is for either of these repairs. I paid roughly $250 per visit - parts and labor and was given a 30 day warranty on parts and labor for both. Thank you."
