"Before the service visit the dispatcher had asked for the make and model of my refrigerator so they
would be sure to have any parts needed.  The technician arrived on time and was very neat with his work.
He took everything out of my freezer, placed the items in a plastic tub I provided.  He removed the liner of the freezer compartment and then defrosted and vacuumed out the drain. He added a heater to keep it from freezing up.  It took less than an hour for the work and he put everything back in place as well as adding a screw that he noticed was missing from the freezer.  I was very pleased and impressed with the work as well as the price.  I wish I'd gotten in touch with them earlier.

My Electric Co-Op (South River ) gives rebates on SEER 17 models. But I am happy with what has been installed. Install techs found a problem during installation, and replaced bad part and correcting serial numbers prior to departing. Thanx :-)"
