"I had a water heater in need of replacement. I discovered the issue late afternoon 11/6/25. Kevin immediately put together an invoice based on pictures and my own description. He showed up this morning at 9:00 am, was very friendly and professional, and the work is done less than 24 hours later. It is now noon on 11/7/25 as I write this. The quality is up to par, and even exceeds what you see with larger base contractors. The pricing is fair and competitive, and the punctuality is solid. I would strongly recommend Kevin and company to anyone looking for quality and competitively priced work. Also the fact that he is a small local business makes it that much better. Thank you Kevin!"

"He examined the unit and assessed that the relay and blower motor needed to be replaced. He was very informative about how the process was going to work. We have a home warranty and they schedule Bell Cow to come out. We will be requesting them any time we have an ac/heater problem. He was very professional and personable.
