The install crew showed up on time and did a great job. Took their time to take out the old and install the new and finished in 2 days. I was very impressed with the crew! "Rhonda is incredible. We renovated a new house we bought and had her replace all of the windows in it with premium, all black, aluminum windows. They look so amazing! But the best part was just working with Rhonda. Hands down one of the most competent individuals I've ever worked with. Answered every call within like 1 ring, knew it was me, and either always had her notes in front of her or just had my project memorized...not sure which but it was incredible. Super friendly, honest, thorough, excellent communication, detail oriented, and she does such a good job of educating you on the different choices you have.
