"Hard working and professional team. The sewer replacement was a big job and glad I chose NE Plumbing. I plan to use them again."

"Vincent was very sweet and very personable but better than that he got the job done and my drains are clear and drain beautiful ly!"

"**Always check if licensed. **Special license needed for irrigation systems. We had 2 companies recommended by another Home company in 2019 (1st was unlicensed, and didn't stay til job was finished; 2nd did so-so job to upgrade some of what wasn't done by #1). Robert (Lobo plumbing AND irrigation) came out in a day (we had a split line that needed to be fixed asap); walked with us thru what we thot was needed. He started immediately and pointed out a number of things that had not been done correctly and fixed everything. Didn't charge an arm and a leg and was very personable. Would definitely use him again."

"The crew did the job, digging up and replacing 40 ft of main water line from the city line to the house, including installation of a pressure reducing valve. Overall COST was pretty expensive for labor considering the PEX tubing for the water line was the pretty much the only parts needed minus the pressure valve. I realize they go by a book that determines cost before work is actually done, though and I agreed to it. Kinda hard to get other estimates when you are in a pickle and need water in your home going asap during the holidays. Job got done and the 2 workers were nice guys. One complaint is I asked if there was a Veteran's Discount and they did include it but it was LESS THAN a 3% discount off the subtotal. Taking a star off for this and another for high labor cost."

"Title: Exceptional, trustworthy plumbing — highly recommended Galactic Mechanical & Plumbing exceeded every expectation. After a frustrating runaround with other companies, Jordan drove up from Albuquerque to Santa Fe, waived the trip charge, and quickly diagnosed that I only needed a faucet fixture (not a full sink). He went to Home Depot, installed the new fixture, fixed a few other small issues, and left everything working — all billed fairly for one hour of labor. Jordan was professional, efficient, and honest; Megan in the office was courteous and helpful. As a longtime local with two homes, I’m already planning to use Galactic as my go-to plumber. Highly recommend them for reliable, respectful, and skilled service. Thank you, Jordan."

"Patrick Mulcahy was very efficient and friendly. He worked with me on the price. It took him about 5 minutes to clear the clog from my bathroom shower drain."

"Arrived timely; work was done professionally and efficiently. The plumber was good-natured, as well.

"Alvin arrived in very short order (before the city could shut the water off) after the initial call. He found a leak on 1/2 galvanized pipe leading to an exterior hose bib, which directly teed off from the main supply (no local shut off). The tee was capped off, hole was filled with silicon and an additional quote was provided to replumb and replace with a frost free hose bib at $350. "Regular" cost was $375, Angie's list "discount" was $225. Overall satisfied and would call again."

"The first plumber who came out misdiagnosed the problem and did not clear the clog in the drain. We had to call the office to get the problem fixed. Ultimately, another two man team came out and spent a couple of hours snaking the drains; it was roots from the a tree in the front of the property. Then, another two men came and spent a couple of days replacing the pipe and putting in a vent properly. I had to spend two or three days without any plumbing due to the initial mistake; they did respond to our complaint and fixed the problem. I think the price was fair, but the initial failure and delay makes me uneasy about hiring them again--for the plumbing project I am doing now, I went with another company."
