"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"Never had such a great experience with any contractor. So grateful to Eugene, Artem, Nick, and Alex not only for the great work they did, but for the care and attention they put in for 3 straight months. My house is built kind of complicatedly and the water heater isn't located in the most accessible place, but they were able to make it work. Not only that, but Eugene found me a new tankless water heater that would also work with my radiant floors - not only saving cost, but space as well. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. They came back multiple times to make sure work was up to par - never half-assing anything. Really hoping I don't have any reason to need to reach out again soon, but if I do, I know who I'll be calling. Also, special shout out to Jeremy, Karen, and Kathy for their logistical help as well!"

"I was blown away! When I explained the circumstances, this project was for my 78 year old mother whoâ d been going without hot water for a week. They bent over backwards to help! They worked with her limited budget and did an amazing job, despite my mistake with the size of the water heater. Jazmine at the office was kind, understanding and diligent in communication. Jamie was on time, patient and extremely hard working! I would highly recommend them!"
