"First Class Electric did an excellent job on a difficult install. The customer service team kept me informed and was courteous and professional. Hector and Jesus did a great job overcoming challenges in preparation and clearing up an initial misunderstanding which was quickly addressed at the office. "We were ready for a struggle. We have a 'special' HVAC system which was struggling. Two years ago we had several HVAC providers provide estimates and they were all so high that we just decided to wait until our system died.
The system didn't die but someone in this household decided to power wash the unit, crushing about 75% of the fins. So then we had a struggling system that was very damaged and straightening 75% of the fins did not seem doable.

They proved that sometimes the WHOLE system does not have to be replaced. Somehow, Reliable Tech was the only provider who understood that 'just enough' is often all that is required.
