"I would not recommend their service. I already knew the problem before the technician came out. I needed a belt replacement and he said the belt needed replacing since it was older and brittle. I do not remember him saying anything about the motor needing replacing...BUT since it was an older piece of equipment that you could get a Lowe's he could not help me BUT could replace with a new unit for >$800. So for a service fee of >$69, I could purchase a new unit or buy a belt at Lowe's."

"I would avoid this company like the plague. At best, they do shoddy work. They repaired a door on 5/12 and when asked about the questionable work, Gary, the owner, laughed it off. Choose another company is my advise. (If google would allow, I would have selected zero stars!)"

He then finished up by servicing all three of the garage doors that have been installed by ABC Door Company. I have been very happy with not only the company's doors and openers but with their service as well, which I have only had to use this one time."

"Our garage door mysteriously stopped closing all the way. We called Overhead Door on a Saturday to set an appointment. They offered same day service but at emergency call prices, so we decided to accept a Monday appointment instead. The technician showed up within a pre-arranged three hour window, quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair plus an additional repair to a hinge. He also lubricated the torsion springs and various moving parts on the door. It took about 30 minutes. The technician was very professional throughout the visit."
