"The air conditioner went out after a blackout during an evening storm in late July and was only blowing room temperature air through the house. We called in the morning and he was able to arrive early that afternoon to inspect the problem (for which I am grateful, especially since I'm sure he had a busy work schedule). He quickly found the issue (the air compressor was not turning on due to a burnt wire) and was able to make the necessary repairs with out any problems. We have used Universal Electric for several maintenance issues in the past and they have always been courteous and prompt. After removing the original shower there was mold present and they treated the mold and dehumidified the walls around the shower and tub. In addition, they installed a nice exhaust fan to minimize future humidity in the shower area. They always cleaned and vacuumed the work area following each visit. Very professional organization."
