He even came very late in the day and stayed Well into the early evening to get my water heater installed. "Minuteman responded within minutes of my call for an emergency. Our water heater went out in our new home which meant we had no hot water. I had a call from them within minutes of my inquiry and then a follow up call scheduling the appointment for Monday. I called them on Saturday. I got a return call that said they would be able to come out on Sunday. A technician was at my home on Sunday to do a detailed diagnosis and then returned on Monday to do a complete replacement of our tankless water system.
