There was no pressure and he was knowledgeable and kind, which made us feel confident in our decision to chose them. I had timely notifications on the arrival of my hurricane windows and sliding glass doors and prompt scheduling once they arrived. We were so excited to get on the schedule and the office streamlined everything. Bo and William were two of the nicest, professional, and hard working installers imaginable. Picasso could not of installed these windows more perfectly! They were clean and took their time, the caulking looks like artwork to me! What a great company, I am so happy we chose them. I would give 10 stars if I could."

"I highly recommend Sliding Door Roller Replacement. This is more than a 5 star business. I needed the rollers/wheels replaced on the sliding glass door of my rental unit at Fletcher’s Mill. Setting up a service appointment was a breeze and quite delightful with the very personable Maria, who is a wealth of knowledge. On the scheduled repair day, my tenant received a phone call from the supervisor, named Or, 30 minutes before the appointment letting her know that they were on their way. I also received a phone call from the supervisor, Or, when he arrived with the other tech at my unit. Or took pictures of the old worn out wheels as they removed them, a picture of the new rollers as they were installing them, and before & after pictures of the track they cleaned. Also visible in the pictures was the quilted blue cloth that they placed over my carpet so there was no mess. After completion, Or texted the pictures to me and called again to let me know they were done. He then THANKED ME for allowing them to repair my slider! As soon as they left, my tenant called me to rave about the technicians; their professionalism, their expertise, their promptness, their friendliness, and their tidiness. The company was very easy to work with, every time I called someone answered the phone and were able to help me. The installers were excellent, professional, clean and worked very fast. "1957 windows were overdue for an update. After estimates from two different companies & reading various reviews online I picked Armortech. Their salesman Jeff S. was very knowledgeable about the products available & answered all my questions on initial visit or followed up by the next day. Jeff had me come to showroom to see the styles of windows available by Simonton & PGT. I chose Simonton for many reasons. Juan & Shane installed 6 large Simonton windows for me over the past two days. They were very knowledgeable, professional & able to answer many questions during their two days in my home. I would highly recommend Armortech windows & doors to anyone looking to replace their windows or doors. "We were very happy with the first Solatube that we had added to replace an older skylight in our second bath. We were so impressed with Ash, the installer, and our prior experiences with Solatube, that we added 3 additional ones. New ones were installed in the Dining Room, Living Room and a hallway. Daylight Concepts worked very closely with our contractor who installed our new roof (All Florida Waterproofing and Construction) to develop and complete the two jobs on a tight schedule. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and they did a great job cleaning up when they were finished."
