We gave them a substantial deposit on a project worth over $250,000 in May 2024, expecting quality and timely work. Instead, we were subjected to delays, incompetence, and outright negligence. They claimed the job was ?finished? in October 2024, but what followed proved that was anything but true. The so-called hurricane-proof doors they installed were done so poorly that they blew open during a Category 5 hurricane, doors that wouldn?t latch, lock, or even stay shut in ordinary winds.
