"More than half windows were wrong size, to big gaps between windows and walls,frames. Looks like 2-3" on each sides... The walls around frames are not ready for painting like was agreed. They told me , it's ok just buy some glue to glue some parts of peeled wall, fix and sand all , than you can paint!!! Teims are not evenly done too. See the pictures. I was thinking they did fix that but no... as many other... The big hole that was made on a drywall was just dumped bunch of the mud.. no drywall or anything as a back support. I just wanted them to be done.. was to stressful to look. Manager Rafael was very rude, arrogant and talks over you all the time. Didn't want to listen to any of our concerns, just saying all over .. everything is perfect. Honestly better buy windows at home depot and have someone instal them, it will be cheaper $10k +. These windows are not made by measurements to fit my openings, as they said. I did address this few times, but no one cares!!!! Manager is just protecting the company, and they do not care about customer!!! Not sure how they can have many positive reviews with this unprofessional work and behavior!!! NOW I NEED TO PAY SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX ALL THIS!!!"

The product they sold was very shoddy, often coming from the factory already damaged, yet the installers were instructed to install them just the same. Repeated failed inspections, unresolved complaints, yet they wanted customers to pay in full within 30 days even though MONTHS would go by with no satisfactory result. "We started a siding and windows job on our home in early 2024. $100k later, the job is still incomplete and it’s impossible to get them to actually follow through on their commitment to finish the job. Never mind the fact that now the windows are leaking and to them, it’s clearly no big deal because I notified them on April 1st and Will, their General Manager, said that someone would be out to check it out and I haven’t heard from anyone since. I’ve emailed the owner to no avail and in the beginning was told by their Sales person, Heather, that customer service is “their thing.” Yeah right, they got what they wanted out of us and that was it. I’ve tried to be patient but at the point, I’m over it. This is terrible customer service to say the least. They talk a big game in the beginning but just be cautious, they don’t care as much as they say they do."

New windows services FAQs
Building codes call for a window well that sits at least eight inches below the bottom of the window and extends six inches past each side. A quick way to get the minimum dimensions is to add 12 inches to the window’s width and eight inches to its height. For egress windows, most areas require a minimum of 36 inches by 36 inches and a depth of approximately three to five feet to provide a safe emergency exit.
Adding a drain is the best way to keep water from pooling in the well and leaking into the basement. Connecting the well to a French drain or sump pump channels runoff away from the foundation, and proper grading supports the system by directing water downhill.
