DF Construction had the best price and was able to give me a bay window to replace a bow window. Another company said they couldn't replace my bow window with a bay window...they said there wasn't enough room to do it. Don was able to do it because of his knowledge and expertise. "By far the best business experience I have had in a long time. Where to start, Paul the salesman was great, he came out for a quote no hassle. Looked at the roof and quoted me quickly. I told him I had another company I was comparing to and would get back to him. No pressure tactics. Communication was consistent and clear. Booked appointment and was able to have an install date within a week! Now fast forward to the install day. Kevin is the man (I assume foreman) was at the job 45 mins before his team was supposed to get there to go over everything with me. He explained what he would be doing and if anything throughout the day changed he would not only text/call but text pictures of everything. A few pieces of plywood needed to be replaced and Boom pictures came to my phone of where and the old pieces to see the damaged ones. He kept his word all the way to the point that i had a tree company coming to quote me on taking trees down and i received text messages from Kevin that they were there in the back quoting my other job. Lastly i had an old dish on the house which i requested to come off. Not only did they take the dish off and remove the wire but the Vines that were climbing up the lines one of his guys was ripping those out and off for me. All in all i can't say how impressed i am with this team. They truly went above and beyond and when you spend a good amount of money on companies to work at your home it can make you nervous on what type of outcome it will be. I have no doubts about this company and recommend if you ever need anything roof related to please contact them for your job. "I needed to replace my hot water heater and wanted it done ASAP. As usual, I checked reviews on Angie's List and called several area plumbers. Most could not get to me for a day or two. When I talked to Benjamin Franklin's contact person, Chris, she took my information, gave me an exact and guaranteed price quote and said someone would get there later in the day. Within 30 minutes, she called back and informed me she found a plumber who would be over within the hour. The technician, Mike S., also called to let me know he was on his way. The replacement required some creative problem-solving, and Mike S. answered the challenge in a calm and intelligent manner. He worked quickly without rushing and explained to me much of what he was doing (I tend to ask a lot of questions). All went very well, including a thorough clean-up, and a careful removal of the old heater. I found the experience as stress-free as a plumbing emergency can go. Next plumbing job I need, I'll most assuredly be calling Benjamin Franklin."

Charlie, the salesman, was a delight to work with, very responsive to our questions and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want.   <br /> Today was install day and Mr. Cramer was here when he said he would be. His crew was very polite, they cleaned up after the work was done, explained how the windows work and were gone by early afternoon. The windows all work very nicely, were very clean and look really nice. Our little community has about 150 units and, from the outside, we have the neatest looking windows here......well, us and our next-door neighbors who had Mr. Cramer do their windows earlier this summer. <br /> A really good company, with old-fashioned values and work ethic - would hire them again in a NY minute to do anything they say they can do. "We were very pleased with the service received from Pella from the initial quote to the installation. The price was very fair based on other estimates we received. They also took a picture of the paint formula we had used on the trim in the room. The window and window trim were installed already painted with that finish. They set up a date for the installation and they arrived on that date. The installers were excellent. They had the window, inside and outside trim done in a matter of hours. They also avoided trampling perennials that were emerging from the ground under the window. I'm not sure how they even accomplished that! Thank you Pella for a job well done!!"

"The team from NAVCO was excellent. Rob was our initial contact, and he was great at communicating throughout the process. The team provided options and we selected what we thought was best for us, there was no up-selling or pressure. We had gotten estimates from 3 companies, and felt the NAVCO price was fair and reasonable. On the day of install, they brought a large crew and the work was done quickly and neatly. They cleaned up as they went along and before they left, sweeping up any debris and wiping down the installed windows. It was one of the best experiences that I have had with a local contractor in the area. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others."
