"Very well,. with discussion (no pressure), we decided to go with a tankless water system which was less expensive than 2 water heaters and warrenteed for 15 years. Simons dragged out the old tank and installed the new tankless, as well as increasing size of natural gas line to provide better efficiency. Great job."
