"Turned out that the fix was simple -- but we wouldn't have known what to do without advice from the technician. Really appreciate the service and expertise! Only complaint was that the tech took unnecessary time asking about products we use in the dishwasher. We have no complaints about the quality of washing and drying we are getting, and we're committed to using products that don't scratch or perfume our dishes or harm the water supply. Technician asked what we use and told us to "throw that away" and use recommended products. I can understand that certain products are recommended with certain makes of appliances -- but it would have taken 20 seconds to tell us what the recommended products are without having our choices criticized. Overall, we were thrilled to be able to get sound advice/help over the phone. Thank you for offering this service! And we will definitely call again if we run into trouble."

"EXCELLENT customer service & professionalism!! This is the 2nd time we've used them and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. In the past they cleaned out the air duct work in our home. This time they cleared out the dryer vent pipes which were severely stopped up. Not only did they clear the pipe but they went above & beyond to remedy the problem that caused the clog in the first place! I was able to get an appointment with them much sooner than I had expected. Overall they were a joy to do business with. Top notch!!

"Ryan proved himself to be knowledgeable and trustworthy from the very beginning. I called several people to get quotes and explained the problem over the phone. He quoted me for his service call and told me what he thought the problem might be based on my description, but also explained and I understood that he could not make a diagnosis over the phone. It did turn out to be what he originally suspected and since it involved my icemaker, which was no emergency, he gave me the choice to pay a higher price for the part that was available at a local parts store and get it repaired right away or to shop around for a cheaper price for the part, which might take a few extra days. I chose the cheaper price and I appreciated him giving me that option. His labor fee was a set price, which was very fair and he disclosed to me up front. I believe a person should be well compensated for a job well done. Ryan does a good job and I will definitely hire him again whenever we need maintenance or repair work for our appliances. "The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."
