I tried to take it apart myself and was a pain! He made it look so easy and was quick. He even rearranged my washer and dryer for me. Very polite and easy to talk with. Well worth the money. I would have spent the same amount on parts and shipping! Highly recommend not doing yourself and hiring Eddie for services!"

"We contacted Home Crafters and Chris came out to give us an estimate on November 24th, which was the week of Thanksgiving.  He promised us a contract and breakdown of costs by the following Monday by email.  After reviewing and signing we agreed to have Home Crafters do the work and he said it would be at least two weeks for them to start the work as long as it was not raining.  Much to our surprise, two roofers were sent to our home on that Thursday and they completed the work by Friday afternoon.  Everything went extremely well and we would definitely contact them in the future if needed.  (One thing to note is that we have seen the repairs via pictures but are unsure of whether or not it will leak since we haven't had rain.)

I immediately headed to Angie's list and called some of the highest-rated and-reviewed repairman only to discover that a few of them won't deal with front loaders.  ACE called back soon after I left my message, and Joe assured me that they work on front loaders.  He was able to fit me in the same day, was on time, friendly, quick/efficient.  He also then headed to a rental property to check on a washing machine issue there, and called to let me know that the washing machine was so old and the repairs that would be needed so expensive that he recommended just buying another washer.  Honest, very reasonable rates--I highly recommend Joe/ACE and will absolutely use them again in the future!

He snaked the line, went under the house, discovered further water damage and got me in contact with a repair and restoration company. Eddie, the plumber went far and above my expectations to get my home back in order."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
