I thought it was a long shot but they were able to make it happen. Very courteous and straight forward. They even went above and beyond by helping me with the natural gas conversion on my griddle. "Ordered a new water heater through them. They were very nice at first, then when they came to install the new water heater they told me they "had to come back to get my old water tank" because their truck was full. I didn't think anything of it... they stopped answering me entirely and cancelled 3 appointments to come get it. It's now been almost 6 weeks. They do not care about their customers and don't keep their word. DO NOT hire these guys. Now I have to dispose of this myself."

"It is on the verge of 2026 and I am still finding examples of the terrible work we received from PRC back in 2019! I have constant reminders of the regret that I have from hiring this company. The latest is an exposed outlet that we were never told about and that I recently discovered because I had to remove a cabinet drawer. Please see the the attached photo and I recommend reading my entire review. Proceed with caution, if you decide to use PRC. I will never understand why they could not provide us the same level of quality that others mentioned in their reviews. Poor work is one thing, but this is a safety issue, and I am grateful that we have not had a fire. I will be consulting with an attorney to determine if any action is possible.
