Erik properly prepared the surface of the roof before applying 2 heavy layers of roof coating material. The preparation included removing (and later replacing) some terra cotta trim tiles, and performing three-course re-sealing of the roof penetrations. While performing his work, Erik was timely, professional, friendly, respectful, trustworthy, very thorough, and patiently addressed all of my concerns, which gave me the peace of mind I needed!
