"This was my first experience with S&S and I was very pleased.  I purchased an Angie's Deal for $260 for 2 electricians to perform 2 hours of work each (in one visit).  Everything went great from the very beginning.  Communication was prompt and easy.  They had me on the schedule within a week and the electricians arrived first thing in the morning on the day we had scheduled.  I walked them through some of the work I wanted performed while they were there.  First, I wanted several old, ceiling mounted florescent light fixtures removed and the wires capped off.  Secondly, I wanted them to look at a loose/hanging wire that looked suspicious.  They removed all of the lighting and even fastened the wires to the beams where they were dropping into the previous drop-ceiling.  Additionally, they informed me that the suspicious wire I was worried about wasn't connected to anything electrical source.  As an added benefit  - They told me it was an old copper wire that can be taken to a recycling center.  =)  Excellent experience.  I just ordered some new lighting to replace the old and am scheduling S&S to come back to install them.  I would definitely recommend them to others.

"I used Meyer for electrical. My experience with them went pretty good. It was very professional, certainly technically very, very confident. The scheduling was a little bit of a challenge sometimes. The pricing was pretty good, the one that I didn't have terribly trouble with. I had them here about six or seven times, so obviously not having them come back soon. He was here over month and month. I had him do all kinds of things. They do a lot of stuff, most was really odd electrical stuff and they were really patient and confident tracing through the electrical disasters I had, or so I believe. They are solid. They are good for it. The only thing I would say is make sure you understand your cost before you go and strip. I got cut off with one cost but that was my fault also, fair enough. I would grade them a 'A' minus, they are better than a 'B'. I mean I had a couple of trades that were outstanding that I would select 'A' plus, plus sort of thing and not a 'B'. It is clearly very good. I would call them again. I mean he always showed up but just late sometimes."
