I called them, I had to call them three times that night. They did come to fix it the next morning. They were apologetic. The quality of the installation and the work was good."

He came right over and doublechecked and told me that because they put everything back the way it was supposed to go that the Vents on the roof were now where they were supposed to be. <br /> I have had other plumbing companies out here,since february of this year and they all told me that everything was alright .Well, from now on in the only company that will be allowed to work on this house will be DOCKERY'S, <br /> I just also had them come out and take care of some electical work came out looked at it and no more problem.<br /> I think that they take pride in their work and don't take advantage of the customer</strong>."

"Waylon is a professional and an excellent communicator. I called him up to request a fireplace inspection and he returned my call right away. Upon his arrival he and his partner got right to work, cleaning and making an analysis of what my fireplace needed to be in great working order. Unfortunately there was a small problem with the fireplace as it would not start immediately as it should. It took several attempts to make it start and Waylon explained the problem thoroughly. Waylon stated the old firebox would still work. I just had to make several attempts to start it. Solution: A new firebox is being ordered to make starting the fireplace easy. "I shopped around for a company to replace my old HVAC system. I knew pretty much what kind of system I wanted and I knew from a number of internet searches about how much the system would cost. I contacted 3 companies for quotes. The first one came out, looked around for about 10 minutes and gave me a quote that did not specify any specific replacement hardware. They had a "generic" price which covered whatever equipment they installed. That didn't work for me. The second company never showed up even though it was the company Home Depot was pushing. Then I called Knepper Heating and Air. Chris Knepper came out, did an analysis of my old system, mapped out all of my duct's and returns and provided a computer analysis of what my house needed and what changes we should make to maximize the HVAC efficiency. He spent 2 hours checking my house out and going over my options with me and providing specific equipment part numbers and costs. He was willing to work with me on the price so that I ended up paying what I considered to be a good price for the project. His team arrived early in the morning and worked into the early evening to complete the install in a day. They cleaned everything up and provided instructions on how to use the new system. They contacted me about a week later and asked if everything was OK. I've had the system for about 6 weeks and it's works perfectly - they did a great job. I recommend them. <br /> PS <br /> Three weeks after the install I noticed the heat was acting up. I called Knepper and they sent their repair guy out to see what was wrong. After about 20 minutes the repair guy calls me over and say's "well, I know what the problem is. Mice have eaten through 5 of the control wires on the control unit. He showed me and sure enough, they had been chewed right through. Knepper repaired the damage at no cost to me and the system is working once again..."

When he got back, he realized he did not have the fitting for the top of the pipe, so he rambled around in his van for 45 minutes looking for the fitting, and finally had to drive back to town to buy the fitting; after returning to our house, then he installed the new pipe and fitting. <br />"
