"I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

Burt’s professionalism was beyond reproach, quickly diagnosing the failed capacitor and fan motor, which he was able to change the capacitor on-site and submitted a parts warranty replacement order for the fan motor. Within two days Burt contacted me to inform that the new fan motor was “in his hands and will be installed ASAP” provided that I approve for him to enter the property in the case where I was unable to make it home. Burt stood by his word and by the time I arrived home that evening he was finishing up the installation. Would recommend Beaufort Air Conditioning & Heating to anyone and would highly suggest a request for Burt is made!"

"They didn't end up doing the work. They were really high on what they wanted to do. Other people who looked at the porch said that it was not causing an issue with any water intrusion and that there doesn't seem to be any signs on the posts that this could have been recent, it could have been long ago. So no work was done. It was a front porch that had just the level concrete on one side was dipping just a little bit. I think they were going to pump it up from underneath or something like that to level it out. I would say that their response time and their professionalism of getting the quote to us on a timely manner was good. The quote was high and yet the work was not necessary according to other quotes. They should be honest to say when repairs are necessary and when they are not. The guy who showed up was nice and professional and was on time. There was a decent response time."
