Yes, it took the guys longer than they expected: but the job was done in a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable manner. Shawn and Manuel showed just how resourceful they could be when it came to installing the inside unit in an existing mechanical closet. They had less than a couple of inches to spare, but made it work perfectly. I'm very pleased with the new system, and just as pleased with the installation team. "I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

He was able to provide me with the proper maintenance schedule and what to look for in my AC system. Ell provided me with filters and directed me to the best products for the future.
