"My undermount kitchen sink fell in on itself and I was not finding any contractor that would touch and undermount sink. Juan was more than willing and capable. It was a difficult task due to I wanted to replace the sink with a single bowl going from a dual bowl. The new sink was a challenge due to it being it slightly larger and deeper. The cabinet also was challenge, due it being a little small for the new sink as well, so he had to modify it, but it when he put it back together, it was like it never happened. He was able to remove the old sink, install the new sink, and update the plumbing for the single bowl as well. I could not be happier!"

"I got a five hour deal and it was all fantastic. He even went to the store and bought materials and threw in picture and curtain hanging, etc, to fill out the 5 hours that were contracted. I plan to use them for a comprehensive renovation and updating soon."

"Working with Vini was a wonderful experience. I needed someone who could help me start updating my townhouse before moving to Charleston from another city. Vini was able to provide an estimate, complete the work, and keep me updated through phone calls and pictures without hesitation. He honored the coupon listed in the profile and his quote was nearly half that of two other companies I contacted. The work included scraping popcorn ceilings and painting the entire interior including ceilings, walls, and trim of an 1100sqft home. I have not seen the final work in person but the pictures look incredible!"

"I've used CMS previously for roofing work - and was extremely pleased with the results. When my husband and I decided to have gutters installed, CMS was the only company we considered using. I contacted CMS via its website. I received a return call from the office within a few hours. I advised that I needed an estimate for gutter install. I provided my address and was told someone would come by and assess the project. A couple of days later, I received the estimate and authorization paperwork in the mail. I authorized the job, and the work was completed in about 4-6 hours. As usual, the quality of the work was excellent. I have other projects on my to-do list, I'll call CMS again. <br />"

"Everything went great. Scotty takes his work very seriously and on the few occasions he can't be there to do the work himself he always comes by throughout the day to make sure everything is going according to his expectations. In addition to being good at the actual work, Snipes has great vision and was very helpful in making sure our project reached its full potential. We have full confidence in his ability and the ability of his crew and will be using him in the near future for a major addition to our home."

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Savannah, GA

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
