"The designer was always very attentive when I contacted him and would answer (in detail) the numerous questions I would pose. The two contractors who showed up at my home were just as professional and pleasurable to work with. over the course of the week they were coming to my house, any ideas or suggestions from either side were always hashed out as they would materialize and by the end of the project, the end project was essentially exactly as I'd constructed it in my head. The only slight con to the end result was more-so of my own doing than anyone else's, where the light fixtures I'd purchased for the replacement did not come with rods, so a couple of the pendant lights hang crooked."

"Mark is an AMAZING contractor, not only as a professional but a really nice personable guy. He arrived every day in a cheerful mood, and did an absolutely outstanding job remodeling my condo master bathroom at a very fair price, and I am totally thrilled with the outcome. He also installed a bathroom fan that other contractors said could not be done or didn't want to take the time to figure out how to do it. Kudos to Mark on that accomplishment!! He made sure I was happy with everything that was done and if I made a change, was more than gracious to make that change, something I have not found with other contractors I have hired in the past. "I originally found Mark on Angie's List, with all the great reviews, I had to check him out.  I am a first time home  buyer and Mark helped me with weighing my options with FHA or Conventional.  We ended up going conventional with 5% down, which saved us a lot of money.
I had another quote from another Mortgage lender, which I shared with Mark.  I also told Mark we have 30 days to close, so he definitely had his work cut out for him.  Mark ended up winning the job, he got me the best rate and cheapest closing costs.  He also promised me 30 days closing, which I was very happy he was able to do.  Everything went smoothly, and he was quick to pick up the phone and give me advice throughout the whole process.  He was very upfront with everything, all of the costs were outlined and there were NO hidden fees at the closing table.  I would highly recommend Mark, I am recommending all my family and friends to use him!

"We very much appreciated that Chris listened to what we wanted to have done and why; after listening he sent pictures of options and made suggestions that would help to make the kitchen look really nice.  He sent pictures as the work was being completed to make sure we liked everything as it was being completed.  After the initial work was completed, we added a few more things to the to do list and had the kitchen light fixtures, the range hood, outside light fixtures and replacements of our sun room skylights.  We very much liked the work that was done and are planning/saving for our next project and will be calling Chris again to complete the work.
