"Dave and his crew actually did five projects for us. They replaced and re-framed the wood center post in a two car garage, replaced four rows of old, water damaged siding on the back of the house, replaced several boards of deck flooring, sealed the underside of a large deck and filled and sealed some minor cracks in the foundation. Dave and his crew had to re-engineer the center post. The siding was no longer made so Dave had to work with a manufacturer to fabricate new siding for us. Dave and his crew are very professional, courteous, and extremely talented. The did outstanding work, on-time, and we are totally pleased. I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them. In fact, our next project will probably be to install a channel drain in front of our garage. When we are ready, Dave will get our first call. Don Hauenstein"

"Quality and speed was excellent. All windows and doors trimmed and flashing installed on all windows and doors & other areas such as where siding met roof shingles. All seams neatly caulked. A couple of minor disagreements negotiated to my satisfaction. Good clean up at the end of each day."

Titan Exteriors did not cut corners, they did an amazing job. Every person I interacted with was honest and up front. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. "The sales person did a good job explaining the work needed, what they would do, and provided a clear estimate. I purchased the plus package with ridge vents. The crew did a good job removing and installing the new roof, boards, and skylight. We had an issue with too much oil on a packag or two of the shingles which created an interesting look on my roof. We worked through the issue by holding payment for that part of the work until the oil faded (a few months). It has been about a year and the roof is doing well."

"Overall, the project went very well. Mark was great to work with - he totally got the vision for the bathroom update. The work involved moving plumbing, moving electrical, replacing a window, replacing the tub, retiling the shower, retiling the floor, putting up drywall, installing a new countertop Travis is a wizard with a tile saw, and I must say that the quality and workmanship; is unmatched. While the bulk of the work was being performed, Mark & Travis were right on point - it was great to see progress being made every day. They were also totally respectful of the living space and in general, great guys. If there's a sour note in this symphony, it's that the last 5% of the job (installing the window, minor finishing touches) took about as long to complete - 4-5 weeks - as the major work did. The project started in July 2015 and wrapped up in early October, though the bathroom was totally functional (i.e. 95% done) by Labor Day. After Labor Day it was difficult to get in contact with Mark and schedule the final work; a situation in which I think any customer/contractor might find themselves in at the end of a project, as I imagine he had other jobs to ramp up and manage during that time."
