"We have used JC Donnelly Construction a couple of other times, and as always, they did excellent work and are very professional and easy to work with. <br /> They found that we had some dry rot and mold on our south facing part of our house when they had come out to replace a window trim board for us.  They peeled back our house until they didn't see any more evidence of these problems.  It turned out to only be about a 5x5 space thankfully, and they repaired it with their high quality work really quickly.  They caulked that area and other areas on the front of our house that needed it. <br />"
