Cosmin and Linas jumped right into the project. When it came to the install of the unit it was slightly bigger than our old one, so they had me come out to make sure it was placed where I wanted it. They gave me additional insight as to why it would be better to place it a few more inches away from the house to be able to access it for maintenance, which I appreciated as I wouldn't have known to do that. When the job was finished Cosmin and Linus made sure to walk me through everything that was changed, explained how often to have it cleaned and left all to documents need for the unit in a packet for easy reference. My husband and I would highly recommend Shavitz Heating & Air Conditioning (especially Will, Rich, Cosmin, and Linas) and they would be the first ones we call should we have additional heating and air conditioning needs."

"I got 4 separate quotes and Home Comfort Systems was below all of them. Steve recommended that we go with a smaller sized air conditioner unit. I was skeptical, but it was the correct decision. Our home is much more comfortable due to the lower humidity levels. The installation crew was courteous and showed up right on time. After the install was completed we noticed some noise coming from the condensation line. I called Steve and the next day his service crew arrived to add a small vent to the line and problem was solved. I was impressed how quickly they responded to my concerns. "Besco is one of the best service providers I have worked with. This past summer, I needed a new air conditioner. Then this winter I needed a new furnace. I hadn't worked with Besco before but I knew that they were highly rated here. There were so many positives about the service I received: 1) Easy scheduling, prompt arrival, friendly people 2) Besco's personnel explained very clearly to me my options, pros and cons of various Trane equipment they sell, so that I could make an educated decision. 3) Follow-up - after installation of the air conditioner and furnace, Besco personnel returned (no charge; standard service) both times to make sure the equipment was working right and to make sure I had no questions. 4) Extras - Besco personnel added a wire to my Nest thermostat that they said would ensure that it functioned perfectly with my new furnace. And when I mentioned that the furnace seemed loud, they made some adjustments to my return air grill (and cleaned it!) to reduce the noise. Overall, I couldn't be any happier with Besco. I was really thrilled with the level of service I received. There's nothing enjoyable about having to get a new air conditioner and new furnace, but absolutely trusted Besco's advice and service, and I appreciated how they went above and beyond my expectations, not merely installing the equipment and leaving."
