"This is the second time we hired Brian Kopf. We had a variety of projects for him, including leveling a sliding glass door and installing a locking mechanism on it, repairing a bedroom door, adding trim to the lattice work surrounding our sun porch, but most important of all, mudding and painting our 23-year-old garage, which was banged up and heavily stained. Brian's work far exceeded our hopes for the project. The quality of the work, which was completed during a stretch of very hot and humid days, was precise and quite frankly, exceptional. The garage looks brand new. As I noted in our last review, Brian is the consummate professional. He is thoughtful and was respectful of our home. Brian is very personable and so easy to work with, especially given our lack of expertise. Needless to say, we have several other projects that we are hoping Brian can add to his schedule. "Within days of purchasing the deal, I received the instructions and paper to draw my table templates. The table has 2 drop leaves plus 2 additional leaves that can be inserted in the table. The templates were pretty easy to draw. The finished pads were delivered in a very short time. They fit the table and each of the 4 leaves perfectly and magnetically lock together to keep them aligned when on the table. A year and a half later, I still love these pads."

"I contacted Complete Painting And Repair for a free estimate and they were quick to return my call.  The next day, Scott stopped by and we walked the property and he provided an estimate.  Within the next week, I received three other estimates from competitors. Complete Painting and Repair gave me the best bid and also left me with confidence that they'd do the job well.
I provided Scott with the colors for the deck and house.  He took care of acquiring the paint.  It took approximately two weeks for the job to begin and another week to finish the job after it had began.    This was primarily due to an unfortunate streak of bad luck with weather. 
I was very happy with the work and plan to solicit Complete Painting and Repair soon for a bid on some interior work.

"Our experience with Kitchen and Bath World was excellent; we are completely satisfied. We had two full bathrooms completely re-done as well as new kitchen counter tops and laminate flooring installed. Emily LaRose, the designer, is the consummate professional designer. She has a firm grasp of design concepts and gave us functional and beautiful designs. She is a skillful communicator, equally strong at explaining choices and listening to and addressing our concerns or preferences. Emily kept the projects on track and made herself available for our questions. Our initial choice for laminate flooring for the kitchen was discontinued by the manufacturer. Emily immediately contacted us, and we met. She presented other recommended choices that would work with our counter top choice and existing cabinetry. We ended up with beautiful flooring and an on-schedule installation. Emily visited our home throughout the projects and always answered our phone calls and emails promptly. She was extremely helpful and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Further, all the other Kitchen and Bath World staff we met were very helpful, and we felt completely comfortable having them in our home. Greg, the lead installer, has an outstanding work ethic and outstanding construction / remodeling skills. Greg did meticulous work, and our home was always left in pristine condition at the end of the day. We will be recommending Kitchen and Bath World to our family and friends!"

"I originally called Bob at ICC Construction to take care of an old porch that was falling off a rental property. I was working on a different property so I wanted someone who would take care of it with no hassles for me at all. Bob definitely took care of this for me and I didn't even have to keep showing up to check on them.
Him and his co worker showed up exactly when they said they would, tore down and cleaned up perfectly and then reput the porch back up. Although this isn't the type of work Bob likes to do he went all out and made sure everything was perfect.
I then hired Bob back to do 16 windows in another building for me. He did a great job and had it done in 2 days.
Bob's prices were very reasonable and I would highly encourage going with him. Many of the contractors with 100+ reviews on Angie's List are charging absolutely ridiculous prices and hoping people just bite..
Bob will do the same quality work and be much more reasonable then them. He isn't the cheapest but you don't want the cheapest for a good job. You can be confident you are dealing with a real pro when you choose ICC.
