While he renovated the master bathroom he found time to add an outdoor faucet and electric outlet, a dryer exhaust and discovered features of our new old house we didn't know (e.g. an outdoor faucet hidden under the deck). He was great at explaining both why some work was needed and other potential jobs were unnecessary. "I had a quote earlier in the year on 2 trees for $4700 plus tax. I decided to do one tree at a time and add stump removal. Everything started out fine. When I paid with credit card they added to the bill a percentage which was fine. I paid $2700+ for the removal of one tree. I called them back to remove the other tree. 4 calls later and a visit to their business I finally got an appointment for the gentleman to come out and re quote the project. The woman in the office (rude) never appologized for why I was not getting a call back, but did state that they were not going to remove the tree for the remaining quote I had received. I understood and asked for a new quote. Here we go, the quote was higher that both trees together...$4800. This must be the I underquoted the tree and I don't want to cut down your tree. Totally unethical. I would stay far away from this company. I do have all the quotes in pdf form."
