He was professional, courteous and did a very clean install; no putty all over the place and properly insulated pipes. There was also disconnect between warranty company estimate and actual cost and he adjusted cost accordingly. Tough to find that kind of integrity. "When my water heater went out, it was replaced with a tankless water heater. Anthony installed it and performs yearly maintenance on it along with my second water heater tank.
