"We needed some drywall work done and H Drywall was one of three companies I contacted for estimates. They were the middle bidder, but I was so impressed with Harry’s (the”H” in H Drywall) on-site visit and his comprehensive proposal that I decided to go with them. I was not disappointed because Harry keeps on top of things and is quick to reply to messages. A bonus was their online payment system which is really convenient and provided instant confirmation of a payment. What truly makes this company worthy of a 5-star rating though are its employees. John, the foreman, is easy to talk to and has so much experience in construction that he solved any problems or challenges that occurred. He always kept us informed of their progress and made sure we were happy with the work they were doing. The rest of the crew Stuart, Derek, Chris, and Evan were all friendly, courteous (always aware that we still lived in the home), and did excellent work. Drywall replacement is messy, but these guys covered everything including the floors and they vacumed daily. The drywall removal uncovered some additional work that needed to be done and H Drywall provided a reasonable estimate to fix the problem. We also had them paint the living room, dining room, and kitchen areas. Thank you Evan for helping us choose the right color! "Kyle has done truly fantastic work for us in a very reasonable amount of time. Our church decided to renovate our church cottage and convert it from a Sunday school house into a parsonage for our pastor to live. Our cottage had no bathrooms or bedrooms and was a large open space. With Kyle's help and input we were able to draw up blueprints to convert the space into a 3 bedroom 2 bath with a new kitchen, utility room, and living room. We had several ideas and he helped us refine them and told us when we were on the right path or when it was unrealistic. Within a month we were able to have a viable plan to begin construction and our pastor was able to move in after three months of work. This included reorganizing walls, running electric/water, floors, installing closets, new kitchen cabinets/appliances, a water heater, washer/dryer hookups, new windows, doors, and termite damage repair. He was flexible when we needed to bring in separate crews to do fumigation, A/C units, and roof repairs. He worked with the other contractors to make sure they had what they needed (delaying drywall for a week and finding other projects to do so the A/C crew could run cords inside the wall; running exhausts a week earlier than planned so the roofers could single around them...etc). He has always been very professional and his work is beautiful. He takes such pride in his work and will make sure your projects look their best. Kyle is easy to get ahold of and communication has been open throughout the entire project. I would definitely work with Kyle again."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
