"TL;DR: Called on a Monday and my oil tanks were full with (reasonably priced) heating oil by the time I got home from work the next day. Wife and I bought our house in May. I kept putting off setting up an account with a fuel company and like a dummy waited until it was already cold and oil prices had been going up for a few months. When I checked the level of our tanks (twin 250's) and saw they were both below 1/4-full, I went into hardcore research mode. I wanted one company who could take care of all our fuel needs: heating oil, boiler service, HVAC installs/service, and propane delivery. That narrowed my search down to Polsinello and three other companies- two local and one regional. I called all four, and Polsinello was the only one to call me back within a week. Just about the easiest way to ensure I don't do business with you is to not call me back. Anyway, after that easy choice was made, I called them back the next Monday to set up an oil delivery. They came out the next day, filled the tanks, left no mess, and if it weren't for their envelope on our door, I never would have known they were there. Polsinello: the fuel ninjas. That's what I'm talkin about."

"Plumber arrived on time, and was able to clear both drains, price was reasonable, per my PLUS agreement with RJ Down. He was able to clear the sink, which had been running slow for years, by using his plunger vigorously. The tub drain was more of a challenge. Had replaced the tub during a bathroom renovation earlier in the Spring. It had been slow running for years also, but after opening up the drain pipe and trap, found grout residue. Seems the construction guys had been rinsing out the sponges they used when grouting the tile in the tub rather than in a bucket. Caused more clogging in the drain. But this plumber was able to snake it out and eventually got it flowing better than ever. Also gave me some maintenance hints to keep the drains clear. Very happy with the job and continue to use this vendor for heating system maintenance."
