But then to have the tech who was great btw (not his fault), but was tentative about fixing the problem because of creating more damage. Another $160 for a simple diagnostic charge, again without fixing the problem. I already knew the diagnosis. So he basically did a Band-Aid fix (greased the Knob) and still charged me over $280+ for what equated to be 10 minutes of work. It was ridiculously high for the service provided. Next time I?m going to an independent, local guy."

"Ryan explained all my options. The project was a larger one and before pouring he found an issue. The issue was one if I built my garage as currently planed it would flood in the spring and during heavy rain. He had to haul in a large amount of fill and compact the area then dig for foundation. My garage would have been a disaster had it not been for his forward thinking. I have seen other work of his in the past all quality. I will be having him back to epoxy the garage when I have enough saved for the project. Ryan and his crew do excellent work and even took care of some things that he didnâ t charge me for.
