I had put a claim into HomeAdvisor because my central air unit was not blowing cold air. Not only did they put a bid in within a couple hours, but they were also able to schedule me in for later that same week. Brent gave me a call to let me know he was coming and arrived right when he said he would. He was very respectful and professional especially with how the state that the world is in right now. He quickly found the problem, explained it in a way I could understand, and got a replacement part within minutes. The whole process only took a little over an hour. Brent even took the initiative to adjust some of the piping at the unit in my basement to avoid future problems and was very patient throughout the process. He also did all of this while it was raining and took extra care not to track mud or water into the house. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC issues that you might have!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"My experience was good with Howard of Greene Zone despite having a problem with my son s a/c system. Howard contacted me promptly, and made an appt to come out the next day promptly as he advised. He even called me to tell me he was on his way. He found the problem , & was able to repair it temporarily. However, because of the year of the system, that system being replaced by another system, which now doesn t have any of the parts available, my son will need a new air conditioning and heating system which are installed at the same time. Howard also wrote up the costs to replace units to give to my son."
