The repair visit was scheduled promptly, followed up with a confirmation text prior to the visit and the technician arrived on time as planed. Wile our unit ultimately could not be repaired the diagnoses and recommendations as to how to proceed were done professionally and with the customer in mind. We have many compressors on our property will definitely use MM to service and maintain all of them going forward."

It seemed a bit expensive - the technician was at my house a total of less than 45 minutes to charge the refrigerant in my split AC unit, and the total bill was around $500. That seems a bit high. But the technician also tightened all fittings and checked for any other issues. The AC works great now, so I can't complain. Overall, great experience."
