"I contacted Indiana Foundation to check my foundation and crawl space due to a crack in my brick wall. I received a thorough inspection, The rep showed me pictures of the findings and provided an understandable explanation regarding the condition of the foundation and the crawl space. I contracted with Indiana Foundation for push piers to stabilize and raise the foundation. They completed most of the project this week. They we unable to complete one side of the house because the natural gas line is right next to the foundation. When the gas company moves the line the remainder of the project can be competed. I received excellent service by foreman Charles and all the work crew; Daniel, Ryder, Ross, and Pete. They were efficient completing the work. Charles was especially excellent with his communication, keeping me informed during the days of work by the crew."

"The men were vry nice and easy to have around. Some of the areas of concern were not treated. There were two men involved, and the man who estimated the job included all that I needed. The other nice man who did the work said it was not possible to raise the lowest part because it was already level, even though 1/2 lower than the adjacent slab. That part had been raised a few years ago and had settled again. So we didn't agree on the work to do. Later the boss disagreed with me for asking for a lower price than the original job. Also, be sure to specify that all areas of outside concrete need to drain to the adjacent yard."

"I wanted to follow up my earlier post now that the job has been completed. The work to be done, our house was built in 1968 and there was a gap between the basement wall and the foundation that needed to be filled. We also needed to encapsulate the space. We were in the process of selling our home, and this issue came up in the home inspection. "ErieHome waterproofed my basement. The crew was polite, kind, and came in, did an excellent job in 3 days by digging a trench on the inside of the basement, removing the dirt from the bottom of the foundation, installed corrugated tubing, rock and then cement. They also installed a Humidex airpurifier and new sump pump with a backup pump. They cleaned up afterward. Any questions I had were answered in a respectful manor. I now have peace of mind knowing that I no longer have to monitor weather forecasts for rain or have to clean up anymore incoming water.
