"Rooter Proxpress took great care of me! I submitted my request through Home Advisor and they contacted me by phone immediately and offered a same day appointment! Jose visited with me and talked through my options to either repair or replace my downstairs toilet. I decided to replace so Jose went to pick up my new toilet. When he began to install it, he noticed a small crack in it. That was unacceptable for him, so he returned that toilet and came back with another one. Replacement was done the same day I submitted my request and I couldn't have asked for better service and professionalism!"

Prices were fair and reasonable for above-builder-grade product on 2 (Carrier Performance Series) HVAC unit replacements. They were very accommodating on meeting the timeline promised. I asked him if he was going to repair it and he stated they do not do patch work. If that is the case, they should hire a patch guy, that can repair and paint. Now I need to pay some one else, after paying 2,719.51 for 4 light install in the celling."

"Let me just say Adam is top notch! Knowledgeable, courteous, and honest. We explained what we wanted done and he worked out the pricing within mins agreed upon contract and began working immediately. Unfortunately along the way he kept uncovering horrible problems that the previous home owners created. He was fair and explained and showed me what was wrong. "Side note: Reliable heating and air did an electrical inspection and missed all this" we had to replace the breaker box as it was overloaded Adam was honest about what needed to be repaired and informed me of the cost.
