The work they did with the full automation of all my tv's, lights, shades, music, streaming, the ourdoor speakers, cameras, security are phenomenal. You have one remote or an app on my phone to control everything without having to have multiple remotes for everything is priceless. Anytime I have ever need anything I call or email the the office and I am always taking care of right away. Their attention to detail and care are definitely a family feeling. "Wow!! I highly recommend All American Solutions to help you with any computer issues you may have! Bob promptly contacted me after I put the word out that I needed help. He clearly stated the services that he provides. There is one charge no matter how long it takes to service the computer. In my case the issues were many and somewhat involved so there was no quick fix. There were lots of malware floating everywhere -- in the browser and the computer and lots of registry issues. I would guess that he spent at least several hours in total on my computer. Everything works like it's new now. "I called Luther on Friday morning while I was at work and set up an appt. for the same day. He came to my place exactly on time. Very punctual. He's also very neat and clean in his appearance and work habits. After signing an agreement on price so everything was clear and showing him my list of problems, he got right to work. Luther checked everything for viruses and then got rid of a lot of things that were making my computer run super slow. Then, after discussion, he uninstalled my antivirus program and installed his preferred program, which was very streamlined and easy to use. I just sits, running, in the background and doesn't interfere with my browsing experience. Luther also, by chance, had some "used" memory that worked with my pc. So he took my (very dusty and dog hairy) unit outside, gave it a good blowout and installed the memory for a very reasonable price. Luther told me my computer still has room for improvement (room available for more memory) but that this should improve things. It did....immensely.  Luther more than gave me my money's worth, I have to say and my computer is running like it should. I try to do a lot of my own troubleshooting on my computer, but after this experience I know I'm a rank amateur.  I'm really happy with my computer for now and I'll definitely be giving him a call in the future when I'm looking for a computer tech. "I purchased the service and was contacted by Jason very quickly and we scheduled a time for him to take over my computer. I had a few questions before hand and Jason responded to those quickly as well. He sent me a couple of text messages before our scheduled time and emailed me the instructions on how to let him take over. I was able to watch him manipulate my computer the whole time. He spent about 2 hours cleaning up extra "junk" that was on my computer, eliminating numerous viruses my computer had contracted and he installed free anti-virus programs for me. When he was finished, he asked that I take some time browsing the web while he watched to be sure that I was not experiencing any of the same problems. After that he called and went over everything he did, gave me some great suggestions and showed me the details of the anti-virus programs he installed. I found him to be very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I'd definitely use his services again, but hope I don't have to!"
