"Company was super professional until the contract was signed, then like other reviewers that went out the window. Issues were not communicated, job started and ended later than promised, problems arose and were not addressed and when questioned we were met with aggression and unprofessional yelling and screaming by the owners Adam and Kristen who made it clear that she "was a lawyer" and will not hesitate to take action. . They threatened legal action for non payment the morning after completing the job at 10pm the night before Not knowing we had already paid. Work site was left in terrible condition and property damage was never covered or addressed but due to the unhinged behavior of the owners with endless call and texts and screaming, it just wasn't worth it. Do yourself a favor and do not hire this unprofessional and scam of a company. "

"Express Flooring Customer service/Installation is terrible. I need re-stretching done. I called few times they said to leave a message, they will call back. They never did. Finally got someone on the phone, they said send photos by message and someone will contact in 24-48 hours after photos received. Sent photos, after 3-4 days, no call, Called them, they said, you need to send photos by email; some will contact in 24-48 hours after photos received. Sent photos by email, 3-4 days no call, Called them, They said they received the photos and installation will contact. 3-4 days, still no call."

I can't say enough about the process from start to finish!within a couple of hours of requests on Angie I had 3 contacts 1 of which was Anthony who agreed to come out within 2 hours for an estimate even though I told him it was a small job (small kitchen floor replacement after some minor water damage)I might add we had been ghosted by the original contractor shortly after he removed old flooring & abatement process!Anthony arrived,we agreed on a price & he said his crew would be out the next day am.(I wasn't holding my breath)Sure enough Pino & Gabriel arrived shortly after 8am fully prepared to get to work,& boy did they work!They went above & beyond as unexspectadly some sub floor had to be replaced but they were undeterred & were able to replaced what was needed & they completed the floor repair,installed the flooring & trim as they stayed till 7pm! The hard work professionalism & quality is unmatched! Anthony stopped in about 6pm to follow up & make sure all was good."

"Scope of project was lowering existing kitchen island from 36 inch high to 30 inch high, using existing counter top, but a new cabinet base with bookshelf end and relocating electrical. Outstanding communications from first contact, through planning and estimating to the actual construction phase. The quality of work and craftmanship was absolutely nothing less than outstanding. The Owner, Ivan Flores and his crew were the utmost professionals, and Ivan was hands on in the supervision of his men and his subcontractor carpenter that he used for our project. SGB is most highly recommended for any home remodeling project. They are #1,; second to none!"
