"DunRite did a great job!! I research quite a bit to find a company that consistently did a great job. I felt very comfortable choosing them. In reading reviews there were several things I wanted to know about the replacement. I didn't want to lose any of my view or have to replace window coverings and with the windows we chose that didn't happen. They have numerous products to chose from and different price ranges. The old windows were cut out. There was no interior damage but we will have to repaint the exterior around the windows. They did an exceptional job replacing the windows and sliding glass door. They were very professional from our initial discussions through the measuring and installation processes. They did an excellent job of explaining everything to us and keeping us informed of the entire process. The installation itself was very professional and the installers took the time to explain the installation process and the operation of the windows. I would strongly encourage anyone who is looking to replace doors and windows to give them a call."

I spoke with Andrea also known as Andie, Who answered my questions, and my concerns in a professional manner. Luis Pac. was the tech who installed my windshield. "This process went great! When we ordered someone came out to take a look at discuss all options and was very transparent about the best options and quality compared cost. No forceful feeling of upselling if unnecessary! Then we were quoted about 12-14 weeks to come in an install given all places are on back order which is reasonable and understandable. I got a call that the doors came in early! At about 8 weeks, and they had a cancellation and could install that Friday. The installation team, Dan and Vincent were fantastic, on time and did an amazing job. They cleaned up everything after the installation and no harm to anything in or outside of our home! "They did a great job in all aspects of the installation. Our home is 21 years old and the windows really needed upgrading/updating. It began with an in-home review of their product and initial measurement of our windows. A few days later, the head of the installation came to re-measure the windows. They communicated with us effectively and were flexible on our scheduling needs. The installers were very professional and sensitive to keeping things as clean as possible throughout the installation process. They completed the installation in about 6 hours. The windows are attractive and certainly make a difference to the heat (we installed them in December, so we haven't gone through a summer yet) that stays in the home. Our central heating system has barely needed to be used this winter. Their follow-up has been professional and effective.
