When I didn't sign up with him at the end of the presentation he asked why was I going to even consider those plastic windows his competitor are selling. I said cause your 11 thousand dollars more. Which was almost double the price. He said that I had a expensive car in my garage...so I must know what quality is. He said they had an excellent rating. I looked it up and there are so many complaints about their service. They looked like a nice window but I saw no reason to pay twice as much."
