He was here within a couple of hours, exactly when he predicted. He set up an industrial dehumidifier which immediately started drawing moisture out of the walls. He used a moisture meter to determine the extent of the problem so we knew exactly what we were dealing with and what would require repair. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with good information so you can make an informed decision about repair work once water remediation is complete.
