"Shawn is professional, capable and friendly. He installed some metal rods into a concrete wall for me so I could use them as a display area. I discovered that the materials I purchased were very low-quality--the hardware wasn't appropriate and the rods were a bit uneven. Shawn went to the hardware store, got better anchors and screws, and made those rods look like a million bucks. That's the mark of a real professional!
