"Bernard is very professional. He not only did everything he promised, he did more than that. He fixed my home theater to make sure the subwoofer is correctly connected (the installer left it at zero volume, which I had no idea). He also hung one additional picture frame than what I had originally asked. He spent almost 12 hours (till mid-night) to finish all the work (which was fine with me). He was extremely courteous, well-mannered and easy to understand. we are extremely happy with his work, already have recommended to all our friends and will employ him in future again!
