Heard about Dave so approached him to to replace a few of the worst windows, but after seeing the advantages of new windows and the reasonable cost (Renewal by Anderson quoted me over $50,000!) we decide to do all the windows. We had to order some custom windows due to the curved tops but they still were delivered by Alside within about 4 weeks and installation was schedule almost immediately. The install crew showed up on time and did a great job. Took their time to take out the old and install the new and finished in 2 days. I was very impressed with the crew! I especially liked that they had worked long term with Dave and when he stopped by to check on the status they obviously had a friendly relationship. New windows look great!"

"<p>In a nutshell, it went very well, and we are extremely pleased with the job that was done.  </p> <p>The details:</p> <p>This is a small company in Dallas that purchases components and makes the windows in their factory.  We initially scheduled to get a bid, and their salesman, Michael Shelby, came to our home, and gave us information about their company and what they could do.  We then decided to visit their showroom when we had additional questions,  and they took us into the plant and showed us the operation, including how the windows are glazed and all the construction particulars.  There had a display of windows in their showroom, and we looked over the various kinds before making our decision.</p> <p>We had already received two prior bids from other companies, and the bid that was given to us by J&M was lower than both of those bids.  We wanted the "Duo Tone" vinyl windows.  Another company had quoted something like an additional $4k to do those; however, J&M was very reasonable for that upgrade.  Also, in order to cut corners and lower the price, another company had told us we didn't need tempered glass in some areas where code requires tempered glass; so, be careful to know the code for where tempered glass is required.  Tempered glass is expensive, but J&M was reasonable with the cost of that as well.  Outside of this, one of the main reasons we went with J&M was that they could customize the windows pretty much any way we wanted them, and we changed some of the configurations of our windows.  One of the other companies could not make custom windows to fit the "eyebrow" windows in the front of our house, and J&M accommodated.  </p> <p>We had to wait about 6 weeks to have the windows installed.  The installers, Omar & Carlos, did an excellent, meticulous job.  That included cleanup and covering of carpeted areas and nearby furniture.  They also pulled the wires for the security system into the new windows, and we contacted our alarm company to finish re-activation of the system.  The crew had been with the company for more than 10 years, and quietly did their work to the point you hardly knew they were there.  </p> <p>You should know - This company does not do pressure sales, and they have a somewhat laid back attitude.  They won't pester you, so if you have questions, you have to e-mail or contact them.  They sent a 2 man crew to install the windows, and they'll do about 6 windows or so per day.  Our installation took 4 days.  I'm not sure if they would double that up if you're in a bigger hurry to get the job done.  They take their time and do it right.  Needless to say, we're very happy with the work they performed.<br /> <br /></p> <br />"

Jeff estimated the project and replaced the glass of my two windows without me ever being actually meeting him at the property. This was extremely convenient for me. He later sent me a bill for easy payment. The windows look great compared to what was there before. His price was very reasonable relative to other quotes."

"Rhonda is incredible. We renovated a new house we bought and had her replace all of the windows in it with premium, all black, aluminum windows. They look so amazing! But the best part was just working with Rhonda. Hands down one of the most competent individuals I've ever worked with. Answered every call within like 1 ring, knew it was me, and either always had her notes in front of her or just had my project memorized...not sure which but it was incredible. Super friendly, honest, thorough, excellent communication, detail oriented, and she does such a good job of educating you on the different choices you have. And she has access to anything you could want so that was a big plus! Her crew was phenomenal too. Very professional, pleasant, and friendly. And they did outstanding work. We had all the windows replaced in a previous house by a nationwide company...it was more expensive, I cleaned up shards of glass for a whole year after the install, the windows weren't as nice, took up more windowsill space than the originals, and got the house pretty dirty. Rhonda's crew might have left the place cleaner than when they got there, and the only evidence they were even there were a couple small nicks on a couple windowsills."

"Everything about the company was excellent. Appointment was made, and the representative arrived on time fully prepared what services he could provide. The representative fully explained what my options were for new windows and what the process would be for installation. After agreeing to what I wanted, a contract was signed. And, the window installer then visited and again explained the process along with checking out anything that would be out of the ordinary. Windows were in front of a flower bed, and he said that he would install the windows without stepping on the flowers. The representative kept us fully informed about the time when the windows would be installed, and they were installed a day ahead of schedule. The windows were installed by two excellent workers. They were meticulous in removing the old windows and installing the new ones. After installation, all debris was removed and flower beds were the same as when they arrived. It was wonderful working with a company that did such good work. I definitely recommend them and would use them again for any window project."

We could not be happier with our decision, Lynn, Ben and Peter did exactly what they said they were going to do and when they said they were going to do it. The house was left in the same condition as when they started, you couldn't even tell they were there, except for the awesome new windows."
