"Install went well. ARS is Lowes installer. Picked up my Lowes WH. Strapping was on gas water vent pipe was omitted. ARS installer said he didnâ t have any and the one they cut off was too short and said the roofer that was coming and he had that strapping. Roofer came to reseal the vent pipe and did a nice job but also said he had no strapping. Said he was going to come back to fix it. Day 3. Ow."
