No surface went untouched — new Hardie plank siding, trim, fascia, and a brand new roof. He laid plywood under the asphalt shingles instead of cutting corners, and walked me through why it mattered. That communication was consistent throughout. He installed new windows and a door, converted an old sliding barn door into a modern electric garage door, painted the house, and added gutters. When he found small spots of dry rot, he showed me directly. He was flexible with every change I asked for. His crew was respectful, consistent, and hardworking, using premium materials throughout. The job ran a little longer than quoted, but it was worth it for everything Erick did above and beyond. For the price, you will be hard pressed to find better quality or value. Highly recommend."
