I had a new 50 year GAF roof installed with new gutters and fascia boards. they also had to replace some dry rot boards on the eves and roof.

My construction job went a little awry. there was some miscommunication and that caused some delays. Also some minor errors on the job.

I realize that DeBella is a large company with thousands of jobs a year and there will be the occasional "falling through the cracks"  That is what happened to me. I did not know who to talk to at DeBella to address the problems and that delayed the process. I think that they are going through growing pains and need to hire more customer service personal to communicate better with customers.

In conclusion I would say that DeBella came through in the end. I was contacted by DeBella on-line customer service manager David Evens, and after talking to him he solved all of my problems and issues.  There will be mistakes but, if they fix them than no harm no foul.That is what I want in a company.

"It all ended well - AHS decided to replace the furnace (19 years old) instead of the pricey part. It was a long process, though, during the hottest part of the summer. Communication between AHS and the vendor was not good. The vendor and I were both calling daily for status, having to wait on hold for 20-40 minutes before getting a person. However, the people we spoke to at AHS were very friendly and helpful. Call backs were non-existent, though, which would have been more of an issue if results were not seen. I am just grateful the 3 weeks without the furnace was during the uncomfortable summer as opposed to the bitter cold winter. Bottom line is - it got done, but it was long and drawn out. At this point we've gotten more out of the program than we put in, but I am thinking the inconvenience isn't worth the difference. The cost of service below is only for the service call - our annual AHS is about $1800."
