I believe the guy who ran the install teams name was Javier he was extremely friendly I spoke very little to the install team as they pretty much just jumped up on the roof and went to work, but they smiled and waved to acknowledge us so it wasn't awkward. The install team forgot a flapper vent I had specifically asked for and when I notified them Javier came back that same day at around 6pm to install it. He seemed tired but was still quick friendly and listened to all my concerns before helping me lining up the vent to where I wanted it. Which took more time. He was friendly through it all and shook my hand smiled then wished me a good evening before he left. The price of the roof is a little high but the no hassle experience was worth the extra I think. Overall I'm impressed by this company and would hire them again and might just do that when we upgrade the siding. Now I'm just hoping the roof is as good as they say it is and time will tell. But for now thank you Dabella it's been a pleasure."

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
