He was professional, qualified, and gave me options to either come to his house or make a house call. Since I didn't know John or the other computer repair companies who contacted me, I primarily chose ETS because he was nearby and had responded within 10 minutes of my initial Angi's inquiry. My laptop was having issues with corrupted file folders. I had no or limited access to my files in desktop. Because I didn't know any better, I went to the web and tried a couple solutions which did not work. The third solution was a system restore. I followed the web instructions and immediately locked up my laptop requesting bitlocker information. I was at a dead stop, and a day later I made a Angi inquiry. John solved my problem within an hour and to my complete satisfaction. Pricing was reasonable."
